Make a Date with the Dragons
Komodo National Park is a mere boat ride away. You cannot be that close to the famous prehistoric Komodo dragon and fail to see it live. The documentaries may be scary as they describe the giant lizard as dangerous (which it is, make no mistake) but you have experienced guides who will lead you to the lizards and back safely.
Apart from seeing the scary lizards, explore the park. You will end up in the following interesting destinations:
