And that's way in Australia (where I am now) is really hard for both providers and "clients" to find each other. All are by their own.
From people who NEED someone to do a job it's another "view". It's far more easy to find a trusted provider in Europe like system.
That's the point when if you have no money to employ professions or no relevant studies and diplomas you cannot start a new business
You must prove that you / your employee are qualified and sometimes have enough experience to run that business. You NEED DIPLOMAS!
In Europe, especial French like systems is totally different. You cannot create a business when you want and in any area you want
I can say that absolutely anybody, even those unable to get UNI education have a real chance to start a business (build reputation).
For me with European background was quite shocking because all my diplomas were just not considered. Had to start all again. Results: ~ 5y
In English based countries all is based on your "history", all about your public and financial profile is continuously stored & minitored
Running a business in different geo areas is a challenge. I am not talking about human behaviour but about framework where you must consider
It's like their online shop and business is not their. It's not a rule - not all do this. Just an observation based o what I see around me.
