We use a word "HELP" when do promotions. This is the same lie "FREE". People like to hear them and likely (dua;thinkin) even assume as TRUE
That's why you can make $$$$$$ (an example) and your employee or the other side make $$ or may even lose. Who win and who lose? Try to find.
As well, when you run a business automatically you assume a dosage of risk when you take any decision.
It means if you have NOT resources (alias $) forget about having a business, that's a hobby or a trash for burning small money.
Business does not necessary mean employee but means business plan and it means resources available to plan and targets to achieve (gates)
