Going to the beach with family and friends is always a fine idea. It is possible something that you look forward to and want to enjoy it to the maximum possible. Now that you are pregnant it might be a tad bit of a different story. You might not be able to dress the way you used to, and might even need to make sure you are extra careful about both you and the bay. But this does not mean that it won’t be fun. You can still have a good time as long as you make sure you take extra care. It also depends on which stage of pregnancy you are in. but whatever stage you may be in, if you are fit to go to the beach and so spend the day there and here are some ideas of what you might need to take with you.

Clothing That’s Appropriate
Even though you are pregnant and might feel comfortable to wear a swimsuit, we thinkit is not only more appropriate to wear a nice pair of maternity shorts and a nice summer top. This way not only will you look pretty you will also not be exposing your baby belly to too much sun. You can also wear some nice beach wraps and dresses. Make sure you are comfortable in hat you are wearing and do not feel pressured to wear something that you don’t feel like. You also don’t have to feel like you are not looking as fancy or pretty like the non-pregnant people. You should appreciate you baby bump and wear something that will make you look pretty and comfortable.
Sun Care and the Works
You need to make sure that you keep your skin well protected. You do not want to come home from the trip with burns and other issues. So make sure you get a good quality sun cream and keep your skin well lathered with it. Wear wide brimmed hats and protective sunglasses. These will definitely make you feel so much better and keep you safe.
Water Is Very Important
You have to make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Even if you are seated under the shade in a windy beach, you need to drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. The cool breeze from the beach might fool you but the sun is doing its job of burning you up. So grab some nice cool water and juices and keep you and your baby well hydrated.
Don’t Forget the Flip Flops
The hot sun is definitely going to burn up your feet. Which you are seated on the beach mat you might be fine but the moment you decide to take a walk you will feel the hot sand on the soles of your feet. Look for some nice flip flops that are both light weight and colourful. These are great for you as you can wash the sand off with no fuzz when you get home.
