LUNGE WITH KETTLEBELL
- Muscles targeted : quadriceps, glutes.
- Execution of the exercise : start lined feet, the kettlebell against the chest. Throw one leg forward, bend the back leg and return to the original position. Alternate both legs each time.
- Breathing : inhale downhill.
- Safety Instructions : Be sure to keep the knee over your ankle when your leg is forwards.
RUSSIAN SWING WITH KETTLEBELL
- Muscles targeted : thighs, glutes and back.
- Execution of the exercise : feet basin width. With hip extensions, mount the kettlebell at eye level and lower it between the knees.
- Breathing : Exhale while mounting the kettlebell.
- Safety instructions : project your glutes backwards, keep your back flat.
