The Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc follows the story of the resurrection of an ancient sorcerer named Moro. Previously defeated and sealed by the Supreme Grand Kai, the sorcerer was finally able to escape his prison and regain his former strength. Moro heads straight towards New Namek where he is currently on a path to collect all of Namekian Dragon Ball super to make a wish.
The Galactic Patrol were quick to act and brought along Goku and Vegeta to deal with the threat. However, Moro proved to be way more powerful than expected and crushed two of the strongest warriors in Universe 7. Before Moro could get his hands on the final Dragon Ball, the Galactic Patrol played one last trump card and introduced Majin Buu to the playing field. Majin Buu who is also the Daikaioh was easily able to thrash Moro and pin him down.
Before the Daikaioh could seal Moro away, one of Moro’s henchmen wished him back to his full strengths. With his magic restored Moro is several times more powerful than before. He even gets to make a wish from the Dragon Polunga which the readers currently don’t know about. One thing is for sure, whatever he wished for is definitely going to make things harder for the rest of the warriors.

The next chapter will be out on June 20, so there is still a month-long wait before we get to see what Moro wished for. In the meantime, several fans predicted that Moro must have wished for immunity against the Daikaiohs powers. At the same time, there is still a chance that Piccolo or some other warrior might be introduced as well to take on Moro.
