This sequel to Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was directed by Matt Reeves, who wrote the screenplay with Mark Bomback.
- Blade Runner 2049

This is the third part of the trilogy based on the character Thor, of the saga The Avengers created by Marvel Comics. Its trailer has not yet been officially released, although a small preview was announced at the Comic-Con event on 25 July. It will be directed by Taika Waititi.
- The Beauty and the Beast
This film version of the Disney classic is starring the celebrated actress Emma Watson. The film is an adaptation that seeks to speak to a contemporary audience and, therefore, the characters have a much cooler aesthetic, as explained by Disney in a statement. The film adds to the list of classics that this company has recreated with flesh and blood characters such as Maleficent, Alice in Wonderland and Cinderella. The direction was in charge of Bill Condon.
- Ghost in the Shell
Rupert Sanders is in charge of the live-action film adaptation of the manga created by Masamune Shirow. On March 31, the Scarlett Johansson film premiere is scheduled. This espionage thriller follows the missions of Motoko Kusanagi, who tackles quite a few existentialist issues.
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2
No doubt this is one of the most anticipated titles for fans of the Marvel Universe .After the first installment that surpassed all the box office expectations, volume 2 of this peculiar group of superheroes returns to the big screen in May of the 2017 movies under the direction of James Gunn, who repeats in that position.
- World War Z 2
The second installment of this zombie apocalypse devised by Mark Brooks in his novel World War Z: An oral history of the zombie war will hit the big screen in June 2017. Little is known about the tape except that Brat Pitt will repeat in his Role of Gerry Lane, and that the director will be Juan Antonio Bayona.
