This survey included 315 CHROs from seven European countries – France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Netherlands Sweden along with the United Kingdom. Though the trend of the Human Resources function becoming more and more strategic is prevalent in Europe, the pace at which HR is digitalizing is much slower as compared to the rest of the world.
For instance, fifty-five percent of Chief Human Resources Officers still utilize single-purpose applications to untangle processes, that compares to forty-seven percent in the Asia Pacific in addition to just twenty-two percent in the US.
