When the first a couple envisioned getting married, they probably did not go into the depth of details, decision or negotiations to be undertaken. They envisioned only the two of them. It was a beautiful moment filled with joy, bliss, melodies and pure romance. After all, their special day is meant to be romantic- a symbol of ever-lasting love.
Being one of the skilled wedding photographers in sunshine coast, I know exactly how to capture situations that reflect those special emotions. When the day is over, all they have left are the memories in the photographs of the two looking at each other or simply being together, narrating a story of love and affection. Below I have given few tips that will help capture those romantic moments.
In a Flash
Moments like a kiss or glance or sigh shared between the couple is the kind of activity or emotion that has to be captured quickly. These intimate exchanges represent intense feelings the bride and groom have for one another. They might not get noticed by the guests but by the perception of a photojournalist.
The potential for a kiss to happen at any second is the most perfect moment to be captured.
The moments when the bride and the groom are alone together are the most special ones to convey romance. When the couple has been given private time, they are more emotionally connected. To capture these intimate moments can be a little hard for a task but in order to do so, one has to very aware of these moments by honing the observational skills or might as well observing from a distance with a long lens.
If the skilled photojournalist is emotionally in touch with the bride and groom, the ability to perceive what is happening between the two becomes sharper. Capturing the moments of couple being alone comes from experience which makes this task much more natural. Basically, it is a matter of capturing their story.
Romantic moments can also be captured when the couple is simply having fun. For instance, the bride and groom seeing each other for the very first time after the bride walks down the aisle and then they both turn towards each other, can be photographed in a very emotional way.
Even though, the bride and the groom are little inhibited or embarrassed for expressing their feeling among their friends and family but their eyes do the talking. In these cases, wedding photographers like me capture the couple from sunshine coast when they are relaxed and having a little fun. It is comfortable for the couple to simply sit back and relax instead of directing them to have a photograph that might lead to awkward expressions.
The only obstacle in capturing these beautiful and emotional moments is the stressed couple from an over-schedule. In having the day coordinated, they often fail to take part as a wedding couple. Those feelings of romance become harder to surface when they are more concerned about the flower arrangements. Years from now, when the couple reminisces on the wedding photographs, they will be drawn back to those romantic moments.
Years after being married, when the couple looks through the photographs of both the beloveds sharing romance, they’ll be drawn back to their wedding day immediately. As a wedding photographer from sunshine coast, I have gathered few tips to capture the romance in the wedding.
