He manage and organize the work in amost sophisticated way. Talking about the background life, he was born and brought up in Brisbane where his schooling and graduation was completed. In 2002, Pigram earned graduation certificate in law studies from Griffith University.
After passing out in 2002, he started his professional career in organizational development. This was the turning point of his life that lead him towards success of current time. In his first job, Shannon stayed for complete 5 years and learned all deep aspects of management. Then he spend 3 years at QBE and finally started working for Xchanging insurance company in Melbourne.
After 8 years of living professional life, Pigram again started going to university for earning masters degree in management, marketing and support service. After completing a professional degree of management, he again joined Xchanging insurance company with the designation of learning and development manager. He successfully ran state-level programs, consequently,company made him National learning and development manager. On this designation, he is currently giving his services with great enthusiasm.
