This is usually the opposite of traditional classes where art is emphasized and physical form is simply a side effect. Perhaps this is the reason why in the past martial arts were not considered part of the fitness industry or physical education.
I think that for the benefit of all this should change. Keep in mind that your students will compare you with other institutions that are dedicated to putting people in shape such as the neighborhood gym or aerobics classes. So we owe it to ourselves and our students to give them the most appropriate information and the most effective, modern and safe methods to get them in shape.
