As current yoga is taught, such as a scheduled, practice-modification/connecting type, it is essential to foster individual enlightenment and intuition. Yoga can be a very magical healing medium where people feel their bodies change. The manifestation of the body of breath can change a soul’s freedom and its commitment to “want, desire, desire” even in the form of destruction. Many yoga classes, particularly the yoga I have been taught throughout the years, are designed to bring the practitioner to this point where they feel their souls and hearts open to the guidance of nature.
In my eyes, I have had experiences over the last few years that show the power of yoga and its ability to change. I have noticed that once I began, I could sense that the person would not stop. Most yoga teachers who are strong and gain experience follow the path of the twelve-month yoga teacher training. However, I did not take this path as I was interested in the spiritual aspect of Yoga and not for the physicality and physicality of it. I did not want my body to be controlled by my mind. My mind also, from the beginning, was addicted to a drug, social media.

“Having to take a critical look at my own beliefs as I’ve begun to practice with others has really helped.”
This meant that I needed to understand my self and “know thyself.” I did not have the desire to “believe,” or “believe,” in those things that make me certain about things, but I still needed to accept the shift. Having to take a critical look at my own beliefs as I’ve begun to practice with others has really helped. I’ve connected with the desire for a new life, and this helps me to trust my intuition and spirit, and make more of me for the sake of others as my self turns towards peace and freedom.
I have seen that what is good for me is good for others too. Sometimes we do not get to experience the full benefit until after we’ve left the room. As yoga is not a perfect science that brings a certain effect or reaction from the body, sometimes the reaction to yoga is about what it felt like while our bodies and souls were being healed.
It can be difficult for some people to commit to practicing yoga, as they have certain fears and reservations. The positive influences of the yoga, however, can help those practicing it to either overcome a fear that is limiting or an expectation of what being a yoga teacher will be like. Those who had initial reservations have since become more enthusiastic about the class experience, and have experienced more “shifts” or what some doctors call “quiet shifts” in the center of their spirit. One such person that I have known through the yoga world is a therapist, who has helped many heal through yoga. After being introduced to the practice he witnessed a change that he would love to explore further.
The yoga is not meant to change a person, who has a certain type of body. The yoga is about the soul. If you are looking for a different path, that will have more “drawing” power for your souls, might consider becoming a teacher. Yoga is not a secret or even just a periodical mind-set, it is something that flows out in a focused way within the human spirit and soul, as long as people are paying attention.
